Shipping

We’re a small local shop, and can deliver orders in Elmvale, ON - free of charge.

OR free pick up by appointment. 

  • Shipping items outside of Elmvale is an option, please email us for shipping cost. 
  • Once order and cost is confirmed, we aim to have orders packed and shipped within 2–3 business days
  • We currently ship within Canada only.

Returns & Exchanges

While we can’t accept every return, we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition

If the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or shows signs of use, we unfortunately can’t accept it.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Sale items
  • Limited drops
  • Custom names printed 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, please email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it right away — either with a replacement or a refund. Mistakes can happen when items are handmade. 

Email us the following info:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the issue
  • the item you received

Return Shipping

As a small non profit brand, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs at this time. You can ship it back using any carrier you prefer.

If you’re local, we can arrange free pick up!


Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you’re looking to exchange for a different size or colour, we’ll hold the replacement item for you once you contact us. Email us to discuss.
